Shipments to USA and Territories

A 18USD handling fee applies per order in addition to FedEx shipping cost.
Please note that above shipping costs listed are estimates. We are unable to determine exact pricing until time of shipment due to weight and sizing of products. Kits may have a higher shipping cost due to weight and dimensions of packaging. Please note that certain items (primarily colloidal gold reagents) can only be shipped overnight and may not be frozen. Unless requested, we will partial ship USA orders. Should you have any questions about your shipping and handling costs, please contact us directly.

Toxic Items: Orders that contain Toxic items will incur an additional $45USD handling fee. Toxic items will not be shipped together with regular items and will have a separate shipping cost. In order to place an order for toxic items, a letter from your research institution must be on file with EY Laboratories. If your organization does not have a letter, we will contact you with additional information once your order is placed.

International Shipments

An 20USD handling fee applies per order in addition to FedEx shipping cost.

Kits may have a higher shipping cost due to weight and dimensions of packaging. An additional 40USD fee will apply for proforma invoices that are paid by bank transfer. All international orders will be shipped in full. If you country requires special documentation for importing biochemical reagents please notify us at time of order.
