Goods may be returned for exchange, replacement, or credit only after notifying EY Laboratories and obtaining a Return Authorization Number. In the event that items were ordered in error, a re-stocking fee of 35% will apply. In the event of a shipping or product complaint, EY Laboratories must be notified within 3 weeks (15 working days) after receipt of the goods. No returns or credits will be permitted after this time.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. Please visit the support section of our website and submit a return ticket with the Catalog number, Lot number, Invoice number and a detailed note regarding the problem with your item. |
